1. What Nyphron is
Nyphron is a do-it-yourself document automation tool. It helps you organise the information you provide into a draft notice-of-objection packet: a facts-and-reasons letter, an evidence checklist, and a filing guide. That is all it does.
2. What Nyphron is not
- Nyphron is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
- Nyphron is not an accounting firm and does not provide accounting, tax, or assurance services.
- Nothing on this site — including the calculator, quiz, guides, packet builder, and any generated document — is legal, tax, or accounting advice, and none of it should be treated as such.
- Using this site does not create a lawyer–client, accountant–client, or any other professional relationship. We are not your accountant, even though the tool was built by a Canadian CPA.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any documents you prepare, sign, and file with the Canada Revenue Agency — including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and the decision to file at all. Verify every deadline, address, fax number, and form against the CRA's current published instructions before filing. Statutes, forms, and CRA procedures change; the CRA's current instructions control.
4. No outcome promises
Nyphron makes no promises about the outcome of any objection, reassessment, appeal, or relief request — including whether an objection will be accepted, how long it will take, or whether any amount of tax, penalty, or interest will be reduced. A well-organised objection is worth filing; whether you succeed depends on your facts and the law.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds. The packet is delivered instantly as a digital product: once your payment is confirmed, the builder is unlocked and the product is considered delivered. Because the product cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including if you decide not to file, if your objection is unsuccessful, or if you entered incorrect information.
6. Payment
The packet costs $39 CAD, one time. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is verified with Stripe each time you visit the packet builder; keep your payment confirmation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to circumvent the purchase verification, or submit information you know to be false with the intent to mislead the CRA. Generating documents with false statements may have serious legal consequences for which you alone are responsible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyphron and its operator are not liable for any loss, damage, interest, penalties, or costs arising from your use of this site or from any documents you file — including missed deadlines. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
